Cancellation Policy
In order to provide you and other clients with excellent customer service and access to appointments, we have a 48 hour cancellation policy. Kindly review the cancelation information below. Please note that by booking an appointment, you are accepting the conditions of our cancelation policy. We do understand that unavoidable situations occur, we will do our best to work with you in the case of an emergency. However, if last minute cancellations become habit, you will be asked for a credit card to reserve your appointments. Please allow 24 hours notice to cancel any single scheduled device and 48 hours for multiple scheduled services. A 50% cancelation charge will be applied in the absence of adequate notice. A missed appointment will be charged 100% of service scheduled.
